OK, sorry guys, I slipped up yesterday and lapsed in my blogging responsibility.
But – do not fear! I still exercised, and I still logged it. That counts, right?!? Please don’t kick me out!!
So after a long old day at work, I’m not sure how it came to mind, but I decided to sign up for a 2 week plan on adidas micoach for some strength/flexibility training. It’s called ‘adipure’ and the idea is apparently to ‘introduce your feet to natural training’ and to ‘Prepare your feet to build a rock-solid foundation that will help you unleash your body’s true potential’. Basically it’s some foam roller stuff and some bendy flexy type things.
It was kinda fun, and I felt pretty good and limber afterwards so I reckon it did some good!
